Good water is a colourless, tasteless, clean and odourless liquid substance. It is used in many ways. For drinking, cooking, bathing, washing and so on. Water is indispensable by all human for it is needed from time to time on a daily basis. As we all know, it is important to drink water from time to time, however the best times to drink water are as follows.

 

 

In the morning

 

First thing to do when you get up from the bed is to drink water. This will help you regain more strength from the energy you lost in the night long sleep. It will also help in cleansing your inner organs and giving them strength to function well.

 

After every meal.

 

It is important to drink water during and after every meal for it helps the digestive system in breaking down the food. When you drink water during and after every meal it ease the work of your kidneys. It is also important to drink water when dehydrated. Dehydration is when the body have lost a lot of water through sweating. Drinking water when dehydrated helps the body the water it has lost through sweating and also gives they body energy. It is important to know that water is the only best fluid or liquid to drink when dehydrated and not carbonated drink because carbonated drinks will make you mare thirsty.

 

When you are about to sleep

 

Drinking water when you are about to sleep is important for it helps the body inner organs to replenish itself. Drinking water before you sleep keeps the kidneys in good condition, make you stay hydrated and also help regulate the body temperature.

Water is the only substance without any negative side effects. Drinking enough water is good, however when you feel you drank too much water rest before engaging yourself in anything. Water is also the best fluid or liquid to drink because it is natural and never harmful.
