Having big plumpy size of lips can be sweet and sexy but if it is too big, it hides your beauty. Some myths surrounding big lips says it is caused when you lick them continuously. Another one is you have them when you give a blow job to your partner. This is wrong, it is caused by fats on the lips or face rather.

Note: Reducing the size of your lips is not permanently possible except surgery. But there are some exercises you can do everyday to reduce its size:

➡Put your index finger in your mouth and move all 10 times. Repeat this exercise for at least 5 times everyday.

➡Release the air in your mouth with lips together for 10 seconds. Repeat the process 10 times everyday.

➡Hold together your lips without compressing your teeth and insert your index finger and press it in as hard as possible until you feel a burning sensation in your lips. This is very effective, do it for 20 seconds.

➡Fill your mouth with air as much as possible with your lips closed together and hold for 30 seconds. You can repeat this method as many times as you want.

➡You can wash your lips with water mixed with lemon, not only will it reduce the size. It makes it more attractive.

➡Reduce your Sodium intake, Pepsi and other soda drinks, these are mostly the reasons why you have fats on your face especially the lips.

➡Lastly, regulate your salt intake and do these facial exercises to burn the fat for attractive lips.
