Fish consumption is very good for the eyes due to the presence of omega-3 fatty acids. Fishes which have a very high level of omega-3 include tuna, salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines, anchovies, herring etc.Fish consumption can also reverse dry eyes so include fish in your diet for the sake of your eyes.
