If you eat spaghetti, macaroni, and other pastas, take this message seriously.
With all the health hazards that we are faced with on a daily basis; from the junk foods that we eat, to the dangerous fumes that we inhale from industrial wastes, combustion engines, and petroleum generators etcetera, the best that we can do is to do the little we can to keep our internal system in good shape.
Because all these environmental hazards that we are exposed to, have serious negative effects on our health, they reduce the proficiency and effectiveness of our immune system, and can even cause terminal health conditions which can lead to death if not tackled on time.
That said, it is important for us to keep ourselves healthy, and avoid or cut down on the number of junk foods such as pastas that we consume regularly.
Pastas such as macaroni, spaghetti or even noodles are very enjoyable, and it is easy for one to consume a large quantity of these foods on a daily basis and still crave for more.
However, the truth is that excess of these foods are unhealthy, and even dangerous to our health.
This is so because, they contain lots of chemicals as ingredients in their industrial production which are meant to keep them from getting spoilt or expire on time, but in the long run they predispose us to some serious health problems.
I am not discouraging you from eating pastas, like I said they are very enjoyable, what I am saying is that you need to cut down on how much of these foods you consume daily or weekly.
Here is why.
The chemicals (such as preservatives and artificial flavors) that are used to produce these pastas in the production process are not healthy, but they can be neutralized by our system by a process known as detoxification carried out by vital organs such as the liver and the kidney when they are consumed in small amount.
But when they are consumed in excess amounts, they can accumulate to toxic amounts or levels am, which causes serous health problems, such as damage to the liver, kidney and can even lead to food poisoning.
