How to make Nigerian doughnut.

Place the dough in a bowl, cover and place the dough in warm place, leave for about 1 hour    After an hour need the dough again for few minutes

How to make Nigerian doughnut.

A doughnut or donut is a type of fried dough confection or dessert food and is prepared in various forms as a sweet snack.

To make doughnuts, the following ingredients are necessary:

Flour
Margarine
Sugar
Yeast
Egg
Milk
Oil
Salt.
Procedures:

Sift flour and salt in a large bowl

Add sugar and margarine, and mix it well with the flour

Add the yeast and mix together with the above mixture

Make a well(hole) in the flour and pour the beaten egg followed by warm milk

Mix together until u form a dough

Turn dough out on a flour surface, knead for about 15 minutes

Place the dough in a bowl, cover and place the dough in warm place, leave for about 1 hour

After an hour need the dough again for few minutes

Roll out the dough for about 1.5cm thickness

Cut out circles of dough

Cut out the centre of the circles

Cover and put somewhere warm for 20 minute

Heat some oil in a large pan

Add the doughnuts, fry for two minutes on each side

Remove from it from the oil and serve 😋
