How To Cure Mouth Odour Permanently Using Clove And Cinnamon
Medical Term for Bad Breath or Mouth Odor is “Halitosis”. Bad breath is a situation where bad odour emanates from your mouth. It is an embarrassing situation as people around don’t like to talk to the person having bad breath because of the foul odour. This undesirable condition is a common complaint for both genders and for all age groups. It creates social and psychological disadvantages for individuals.

1. Cinnamon (or Dalchini)
Cinnamon primarily contains vital oils and other derivatives, such as cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic acid, and cinnamate. It is a very good mouth freshener and it also has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties which prevent and kills the foul odour production bacteria present in your mouth
Boil one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water.
Strain the solution and let it get cool for some time.
Use this when it is luke warm to rinse your mouth thoroughly

2. Fennel (or Saunf)
Fennel is the most commonly used mouth freshener in India. It’s fragrance immediately freshens up the mouth and also it helps in digestion. It is a very good agent for controlling bad breath. It also contains antimicrobial properties that fight the bacteria in the mouth.
Just chew a tablespoon of fennel to freshen your breath you can also eat some sugar along with it.
Alternatively, make fennel tea. Just boil some water and add 2-3 tablespoon of fennel to it. Let it boil for some time then strain it and drink it as regular tea.
Cloves have antibacterial properties and have an amazing fragrance. It can be used as a mouth freshener to get rid of bad breath. Cloves help in preventing the bacterial growth.
You can chew 2-3 cloves slowly to eliminate the bad breath
You can also make clove tea. Boil a cup of water, add 2-3 cloves and allow it to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea or use it as a mouthwash twice a day.
4. Fenugreek (or Methi)
Fenugreek or Methi seeds are very effective in treating bad breath problem. You can drink fenugreek seeds tea to treat your bad breath.
Boil a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water.
Strain and drink this tea once daily until you get rid of the problem.
