Health Solutions Common Causes Of Chest pain And Tightness In The Chest .

Good day everyone, due to a health challenge i had, I researched alot about chest pain and tightness in the chest, and my findings were shocking.

Before I continue, let me share my experience with you guys. A month ago, I had this harsh pain in my chest that I couldn’t explain, I first thought it was due to heavy malaria or thyphod, but it wasn’t. I started treating cold without any positive result from the treatment. After a week, I went to the lad to get tested and it turned out I had peptic ulcer.

I have learnt alot from my experience so I will be sharing that with you guys.

These are the common causes of Chestpain

1. Peptic Ulcer

Alot of people with this sickness do not know it is ulcer because they believe ulcer only causes stomach ache, well in my case there was no stomach ache. The common cause of peptic ulcer is a bacteria known as H. pylori and excess in take of some hard pain drugs, and over P of the earth’s population has this bacteria in them.

2. GERD

The Gastroesophageal Reflux Desease is a digestive desease, one of the common symptoms of this desease is heartburn and acid reflux(where stomach gas flows up to you chest area).

3. Chest Infection

Could be chronic pneumonia or asthma. This also causes chest discomfort that makes you think you’re having a heart attack.

4. Chest Injury

If you were recently involved in an accident, then you might have an injury in your chest.

5. Heart Problem

Even though chest pain and tightness is a major symptom of a heart problem, don’t just assume you have a heart problem because it could be any of the things i mentioned above.

So what should you do if you’re having a chest pain or tightness in the chest?

The first thing you should do is to get tested, do not assume anything because you might end up treating the wrong thing.

Your doctors will know what to do after your test result comes out, stay healthy and safe.
