INGREDIENTS:
1. Cucumber
2. Ginger
3. Lemon and Water

RECIPE:
Mix them together in the following proportion
6 cups of filtered water
2 spoon of grinded ginger
1 cucumber, sliced
1 lemon, sliced

Let the mixture soak overnight
Drink it all the next day. If you can’t finish it, refrigerate it. It can be kept for maximum of 2 days.
Make sure ingredients are organic and the water is filtered.

If you want to get it best mix before you sleep and keep then drink the next day.

REPEAT THIS FOR 6 DAY OR MORE AND THANK ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

HOW TO PREVENT ACCUMULATION OF FAT AROUND THE BELLY:

Avoid eating white rice and sugary supplements.
Avoid consuming red meat and junk foods.
Walk at least 1 kilometre on a daily basis.
Eat green vegetables and fruits.
Lower down the sodium intake.
Skipping rope can be a very good exercise to keep belly in shape.
Do cardio exercises

Celery
Celery also helps in reducing the fat from the belly and it contains only 8 calories. Drink celery juice or eat raw celery as a salad.

 

Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper and ginger can help in clearing the lungs and flush out the fat from the body. Take cayenne pepper and ginger. Crush them together and have the mixture daily.

Green tea works as a detoxifier, which helps in burning the excess body fat. Consuming green tea daily can make your skin glow, as well as, make your tummy flat.

Drink around 1 litre hot water on an unfilled stomach. This will cleanse the body thoroughly.
