1. Your addictions
Around 1 in 10 people is addicted to drugs or alcohol. There are many other forms of addiction too, however. You could be addicted to toxic relationships, to drama, to work, to any number of other things. The only thing you should be addicted to is doing meaningful things that add value to your being. Any form of habit that delays your ability to become an independent being should be avoided.

2. Other peoples’ opinions and expectations
When you think about it, it really is incredible how much we structure our lives around what other people think is best for us. People are very deceitful as they tell you things they don’t even apply to their daily living. People say things just to feel among or to be accorded with the respect they desire.

3. The belief that your best days are behind you
Each of us can remember a special time in our life—maybe it was a year, maybe it was only a day—that makes the rest pale by comparison. Always have that thought that your best say is yet to come. And you haven’t seen the beauty of life yet even when you are enjoying what life has given you.

4. Waiting for the perfect moment
Are you always waiting for the right phase of the moon to do something important? This is the wrongest move to always take. Always thinking now is not the right time and you feel its not always today. Always see that very moment as the perfect time to actualize your dreams.
